$1,280.00 for the case (I can actually get another for $1350 as well). This not a Blowout product – we ALWAYS use Blowout when we can – but they have Topps Five Star cases at $1550.00!
$92.00 first spot and $90.00 each additional spot.
(As a reference, Houdini says that he would have to charge $110.00 to run this exact break on Blowout. No BS.)
Let’s talk about 2010 Topps Five Star Football!
First, there are only 3 boxes per case… but that is just a marketing gimmick because there is only 1 pack per box. What’s the point of a 1 pack box? I have no idea.
Second, and this is the good part, there are only 5 cards per pack and therefore 15 cards per case. They are all spectacular hits!
Each box includes:
- One autographed rookie card (/150 or better)
- One on-card autographed rookie patch card (/100 or better)
- One on-card autographed veteran or legend patch card (/60 or better)
- One on-card autographed relic book or an on-card dual auto (/40 or better)
- One jumbo jersey relic or a jumbo patch card (/50 or better)
So our case will include 3 cards from each item above – 12 autos and 3 jumbo relics/patches.

There should be 9 base cards as well… I say base, but they are pretty freaking awesome for all that… anyway, we will do a reverse draft for these cards. This is called a snake draft and all it means is that the last person in the first draft (round) goes first: 15, 14, 13, 12… So the last pick actually goes twice. The first pick gets the best pick AND the worst.

We were thinking of breaking this up and doing individual boxes. The price wouldn’t change and we would only need 5 people each box. Seems we are having trouble filling the entire case.

We might just do 2 boxes instead of the whole case… then we could do the third box afterwards. It seems that the individual boxes actually fill faster than the entire case.

vinny… houdini is writing it up but hasnt been posted yet… we are taking reservations for the next case… the price of the case was 1350 and is in my possession… using that number the slot price goes up by $5 per slot… I will confirm with Houdini but im thinking 97$ for first, 94$ for each additional… if people from the first case sign up, i will cut out shipping costs and ship out after the second case is broken
